Worth knowing beforehand

When is the booking confirmed?

Once we receive the Bizum or bank transfer receipt with your reference code. Until then the slot isn't held.

Can I change the date?

Yes — let us know in advance and we'll find another day. If we're the ones moving it for safety, the change is free or you get a refund.

What happens if the river is in flood?

We don't go out. Safety comes first: we let you know in good time and choose between a new date, a different activity or a refund.

Are there discounts?

The Carné Joven card for Castilla y León gets 10% off. For large groups, schools and colleges we quote a fixed price.

Where do we meet?

The usual meeting point is La Tablada, in Santibáñez de Tera. For the other routes we tell you the exact spot when we confirm. Parking is available.
